I got asked this question from friends and family when I told them about my Amazon Reselling Strategy.
Imagine this scenario…You’re at work and you remember that its your Niece/Nephews birthday tomorrow. You completely forgot and haven’t bought them a present yet. You know you won’t get chance to pop to several shops to find the right gift.
So…you immediately start searching online.
You realise that most online retail shops have a slow process and that you’ll be waiting 3-4 days for delivery.
You want the gift the next day! You’re impatient. And that’s where Amazon are the best. They can deliver the item THE NEXT DAY!
Most people are aware that they can probably take a trip into their local town to physically buy the present in person.
But lots of people choose to seek out faster alternatives that is convenient.
Amazon is the ultimate in convenience, and this is a service that people are willing to pay a little extra money for.
I buy on Amazon all the time and I know I can get it cheaper in store, but circumstances mean that I sometimes need the item quickly with no fuss, so I willingly pay for this FAST service.
On a side note. Amazon isn’t just home to big brands. They have millions of small businesses that are trying to get their products in front of customers.
There is no way that these small businesses would be able to survive on the high street.
Amazon has created a selling platform that allows small businesses a chance be seen to the world, and as a customer, I like the thought of helping small businesses.
