Double Walled Cardboard Boxes
Sending stock / inventory into Amazon is an essential task. The right sized boxes can make things easier. There is a weight limit of 15kg, so I find that having a huge box means you’ll be over the 15kg limit. These 45cm x 45cm x 45cm boxes are prefect for small and medium items and are a good size to lift with ease.Â
Clear Polybags With Suffocation Warnings
Mixed set of S/M/L/XL polybags with suffocation warning with self seal strips. 100 of each size. So 400 polybags in total. Perfect for FBA and meets the requirements for the FBA suffocation warnings in different languages. Items that have loose parts, plush / fabric or liquids require polybags. All of these sizes are perfect for a range of items.
Parcel Tape Dispenser Gun & Brown Parcel Tape
When creating shipments to Amazon FBA centres, you’ll need to box everything into boxes and seal them using brown parcel tape. A tape dispenser gun is a must to save trying to fight with the tape edges!
Brown Packing Paper
This parcel paper is perfect for filling gaps between items when posting to Amazon. The last thing you need or want is for your precious inventory to arrive at the FBA centre damaged.
On a side note, it is also nice to know that Amazon recycle this paper and the boxes we send to them and they make their own packaging with this. Its like one big cycle.
Digital Heavy Duty Weigh Scales
When you send boxes of inventory to Amazon, there is a weight limit of 15kg per box. Putting a huge box on home weigh scales isn’t an option as you cannot see the display under the box! Believe me…I’ve tried!
One option is to weigh yourself first, then pick up the box and step back on the scales again and work out the difference, but this is time consuming and depressing once you realise how much you weigh! The best option is to buy some scales to get an accurate and quick reading.Â
Barcode Label Printer
This printer is the perfect size for printing the FBA barcodes which are needed on each product you send to Amazon. No ink required. It is small and compact. A number of labels included in the box. You can pay Amazon a fee for printing your labels on your behalf, but i find it cheaper to use this printer and do my own labels.Â
Shipping Label Printer
This printer is perfect for the 6″ x 4″ shipping labels that need to be attached to the outer box when shipping to Amazon FBA centres. No ink required. Comes with labels and can be used with bluetooth or USB cable.
Amazon FBA has specific packing requirements, so please check their policy pages on a regular basis for any changes.
